KELTRI / Security & Privacy

Privacy & IP Protection

Security and privacy architecture for the Keltri services hosted at keltri.app.

Hardware IP Remains Strictly Local

The application has no cloud sync, telemetry beacons, user registration, or file upload endpoints. Design schematics and layout geometries are parsed strictly in-memory on your local machine.

Optional anonymous website statistics

Only after you allow statistics do we record canonical pages viewed, the referring website hostname, a desktop/tablet/mobile category and associated download events. Statistics do not collect IP addresses, names, precise location, full referring URLs or your design files. Declining does not block downloads. Separate download service counters include ticket requests, byte transfers, interrupted transfers and Range requests regardless of this preference; they are not installation counts.

Preferences and retention

Local storage keeps only your granted or denied statistics preference, not a visitor ID. With consent, the server sets a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax visitor cookie for up to 30 days. Anonymous visit trails are retained for 7 days and daily aggregates for 90 days, with storage limits. You can decline or withdraw from Statistics preferences in the footer; withdrawal requests deletion of the current trail and cookie. Existing daily aggregates are not a personal trail. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent visit recording. If preference storage is unavailable, consent is not automatically restored on a later page.

Download links

Download buttons request a short-lived link from this website. Your browser uses a temporary session cookie to retrieve the selected file; the reader does not upload drawings through this endpoint.

Voluntary Diagnostics

If a CAD parser encounters an unexpected record, the diagnostic dialog compiles a sanitized JSON summary for local review. The schema contains only application build ID, OS architecture, high-level parser stage, and generic error classes. It strictly excludes filenames, file paths, net names, component references, and geometric coordinates. No telemetry is transmitted automatically.
